The first cleaning may include additional fee of $35, if no one has been cleaning the property regularly.
*SPRING SPECIAL*
Spring is coming and it is the time of year we do a lot of 1x cleanings from winter build up.
As incentive to try weekly or biweekly service instead, we will cut the first time clean up fee in half and give you 15% off first three months.
All the above prices are pretty standard, however, large yards
may require an upcharge.
 One time cleanings are $50 per hour, with a minimum of $30.
Special event cleaning for existing customers available ( we come clean up when needed for a party or outing)
Urine Spot Repair - Prices starting at $15 for regular customers/ $20 for one time service.
Prices for commercial complexes vary. Call for more info or a free estimate.
All fees are subject to PA sales tax.
Service may be terminated at any time.
Dog Food Delivery Service - $10 per delivery/ $8 per delivery for repeat, regular scheduled
deliveries. $15 for non waste removal customers.

*INCLIMATE WEATHER POLICY*
We'll work in most weather, but snow or very cold weather can stop us. If the snow stops us, we will try to return later that week to do our best to prevent excessive buildup. Our company will usually work in the rain. A very heavy rainfall may stop us, though. Our prices compared to other national scoopers are lower to allow for the occassional miss of service due to inclimate weather. If a missed cleaning occurs once in a month due to bad weather, your invoice will be the regular rate. If we must miss twice in a month, we then we will adjust the invoice accordingly.
Usually the snow only stops us from cleaning the day of a fresh snow. Usually the following day we are able find some waste, keeping things under fare control. Please notice if service is stopped for winter, there will be a hourly cleaning charge for the first cleaning in spring. We do not recommend going with out winter service, as this puts you and your pets at greater health risks, as well as damaging the yard, making it take much longer for your yard to look healthy again come spring.
